Making this house so pretty in Moody that even the kitty—who ignores everyone and pays no bills—is suddenly wanting to stay.

Front Exterior

  • Front Flower Bed- remove weeds

  • Sofit patch(need the exterior paint)

  • Repaint Garage Door and front door

  • Replace window in Attic​

Backporch

  • Too many chairs/Sofa- (move sofa to back deck)

  • Move the coffee shelves outback (not coffee)

  • Fix screens

Master Bed & Bath

  • Bathroom good- No changes

  • Curtains- move upstairs (too short.)

  • Bring stool to vanity

Downstairs Entry/Garage

  • Garage: Declutter and store anything that does have a place

  • Entry table and picture- swap with the photo at the end of the hall if the table fits

Hallway and guest bath

  • Repaint ceiling 

  • Replace Bathroom Fan

  • Add lamp

  • Patch ceiling and paint 

Man Cave

  • Remove sofa

  • Clean up closet 

  • Remove everything unnecessary including the curtain

  • Remove Coffee Station 

  • Turn the table - add rug 

  • Add curtians

Guest Bedrooms

  • Patch holes and repaint - both rooms

  • Patch door and paint

  • Move litter boxes in Closet

  • Add rug 

  • Tall chest

  • Stagen as a kitty room

Exterior Backyard

  • Remove clutter from patio (old grill, old wood, - Everything except the furniture and new grill.

  • Remove planter box match bead board 

  • Consider dark stain on porch (sample below)

  • Remove all tops and replace boards

  • Replace bad board - recumbent post - Pressure wasH​
