Pre-listing walk-thru

1-2 months prior to listing

Amy and Bobby will walk-thru the home with the eyes of a potential buyer.  After the walk-thru the client will receive a list of instructions  to prepare for pictures suggested by the team and the suggested asking price based on comps and recent sales.

Why

The walk-thru is important because your home only gets one shot at a first impression. 

The first step of listing your home is the initial walk-thru.  Bobby and Amy schedule a time to come by and look at the property to provide advise and a timeline for pictures and listing it in the MLS (multiple listing service).
