Once the home has been cleaned and decluttered, Amy will come by and layout the staging design for pictures.

Why

Staging creates a cohesive for potential buyers. The home needs to feel open and welcoming. 

Staging is key to achieving the top dollar for your listing. The staging of the home may including additional furniture, linens, and art work to be placed for pictures and video tours. Any  items used for staging  will be removed prior to closing by The Harrelson Team.
