My Story

In 2018, Jamia Nelson created Transaction Coordinator Consultants with the hopes of aiding real estate professionals with the tedious behind the scene task of their day to day operations. Transaction Coordinator Consultants consists of a team of licensed and unlicensed transaction coordinators that have 11 years of experience in the real estate industry.

In 2021, the Transaction CC team assisted agents with 671 transactions and master the art of helping agents with work life balance. Bobby and Jamia have worked together for over 2 years.  Jamia is a pivotal part of the team and the best TC in the state of Alabama.
